Shipping Policy

How We Ship Happiness (and Cocktail in Cupcake Form)

We don’t take chances with your cupcakes. They’re frozen for 24 hours before shipping to lock in freshness and keep their adornments where the belong. We package with high levels of distrust and send them out overnight with UPS.

We currently schedule shipments to arrive Tuesday through Friday only — no weekends, no holidays, no “UPS warehouse slumber parties.”


Order Deadlines

Orders must be placed by noon, two days prior to your preferred delivery date. Anything after that ships the next available delivery window. So, if you order after noon on Wednesday, your cupcakes will catch the next available flight, not the Friday truck.

Delivery Details

While we secure them in tighter than a lady's corset, once the package is in UPS’s hands, it’s into the wild west of conveyor belts and weather. We do not guarantee against:

  • Late delivery due to carrier delays
  • Melting or minor cosmetic imperfections during transit
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If UPS takes the scenic route:
We can’t control carrier delays, but if your order shows up later than your hangover, reach out within 24 hours of delivery. We are a business, but we are not unreasonable. We'll still leave a good taste in your mouth whether it's a discount, store credit or a replacement, but sometimes it's just sympathy and a drink recommendation.

If we mess up:
Cupcakes are nothing compared to integrity. If Boozy Bakes ships to the wrong address or leaves something out, we’ll fix it fast — reship at no cost or refund your order. 

Most packages are drop and run, meaning no signature required unless you specifically request one. UPS will deliver straight to your address — porch, front office, or whatever counts as your doorstep.

You’ll receive tracking emails directly from UPS so you can follow your cupcakes’ journey from our kitchen to your craving.


When They Arrive

The second your cupcakes arrive, rescue them from the box. Unpack carefully — we’ve included step-by-step instructions inside because, trust us, there’s strategy in how we pack those tasty temptations.

Cupcakes are best served at room temperature (because cold frosting hides their full flavor potential), but if you’re saving them for later, pop them in the fridge or freezer. They’ll wait patiently until you’re ready to party.


If Things Go Sideways

If you need to issue a warrant, don't spend too much time crying. You’ve got 24 hours from delivery or pickup to let us know about any issues.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Sometimes we’ll offer store credit or a replacement instead, just depends on the situation and how much frosting therapy it takes to fix it.
